Refund policy

We do understand that some products might not meet all customers' expectations at times. We are open to a refund under the conditions listed below.

  • A proper email with your claim and photographic proof must be sent within 7 days of delivery to our email address contactkiyowo@gmail.com
  • The items must not be used if they're to be returned.
  • The team would receive the product back and check it first, and then the refund would be processed
  • Refund can be availed through bank transfer.
  • If the team declares the claim invalid, no refund will be provided.
  • In case the wrong size is selected by the customer, no refund would be provided. An exchange claim can be made, but the exchange wouldn't be promised
  • In case the product size varies from the product description, a full refund would be provided.
  • For returns, the customer would be responsible for sending the product back. Return delivery charges would not be the store's responsibility.
